Honey Glazed Salmon



Ingredients for Salmon:

4 (6 oz) salmon filets

½ teaspoon sea salt

½ teaspoon garlic pepper

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon mustard powder

3 Tablespoons butter


Ingredients for Sauce:

2 teaspoons olive oil

3 teaspoons minced garlic

½ cup honey

3 tablespoons water

3 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon Sriracha Sauce

2 tablespoons lemon juice


Directions:

1. Pat salmon dry and season with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.

2. Whisk all the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl.

3. Add butter to a skillet on medium heat and sear salmon on one side and then flip and sear on the other side. Remove salmon to a plate.

4. Pour sauce ingredients into the skillet and heat until warm.

5. Add salmon filets back into the skillet and cook 5 to 7 minutes, occasionally spooning the sauce over the filets.

6. Serve over rice.
