4 boneless center cut pork chops

2 tablespoons olive oil

Sea salt and Pepper to taste

3 tablespoons butter

2 granny smith apples, cored and sliced

¾ cup apple butter

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon ancho chili powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/3 cup heavy cream

Directions:

1.    Season both sides of pork chops with salt and pepper.

2.    Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium high heat in a skillet.  Add the pork chops and cook on each side for 3 minutes.  Remove pork chops from skillet and allow to rest.

4.    Add the pork chops back to the skillet and spoon sauce over them.  Simmer the chops in the sauce for about 4 more minutes or until cooked through.

5.    Serve pork chops and apples over rice.
